Louisiana Code of Governmental Ethics by Kim Raines Chatelain, Esq., CIG, CFE, CIGE

This presentation focuses on the Code of Governmental Ethics application to public servants, public servants’ immediate family members, and companies that may be owned by either. The information covered during the presentation will include how the Board of Ethics has previously interpreted the laws under its jurisdiction in a variety of scenarios. The presentation fulfills the requirement in La. R.S. 42:1170 for individuals who are public servants to receive one hour of training on the Code of Governmental Ethics. Register here
