Join us for the Engineering Expedition, this year’s Exhibitor Meet & Greet! Attendees will have the opportunity to explore the exhibit hall, connect with exhibitors, and enjoy complimentary drinks and hors d’oeuvres in a fun jungle/safari atmosphere. Exhibitors are encouraged to join the adventure by decorating their booths with a safari theme, offering themed giveaways, and creating an engaging experience for attendees. Interactive activities and games are encouraged to help draw attendees to your booth and create memorable connections. Exhibitors are also welcome to host a door prize drawing or raffle at their own booth in whatever format they choose.
To ensure we are within the event venue’s guidelines, all food and beverages (including beer, wine and soft drinks) will be provided by the conference. Exhibitors may not serve or distribute food or beverages from their booths.
